YP cannot fire Union members arbitrarily or without just cause.
YP cannot make changes to your wages or working conditions without negotiating with the Union.
Having a Union changes the balance of power. Without a Union, YP has almost all the rights.
Union members have input into their wages, benefits and working conditions and vote to accept or reject their contract.
Union members have the right to have a Union advocate present if you have an issue with YP.
